This project has been successfully through the pre-planning stage and progressing to Planning Submission.

It is due for completion in 2024.

The design features a captivating vertical grain, with each unit thoughtfully equipped with a projecting/pop-out dining banquette and an inviting open balcony. The railings are elegantly crafted from clear glass, providing unobstructed views of the surroundings. To enhance the overall aesthetic and ambiance, a carefully curated planting scheme has been incorporated into the building, ensuring vibrant and consistent foliage throughout the space.
