Our fee for an initial house call or zoom call to discuss your options is €150 including VAT.

STAGE 1 - DESIGN

Fee for producing 3 sketch designs is €2750 inc. VAT for renovations / extensions and €3650 for a new house.

STAGE 2 - Planning

Our fee for planning is €4600 including VAT. This is a flat rate for an extension. Bolt-ons are available.

Our fee for producing Tender Documents is €4600 including VAT. Find out, in detail, how much your project will cost you.

Our fee for attending site during construction and managing the build process is 10% of the construction cost including VAT
